Curator Egge Knol from the Groninger Museum will be presenting a lecture on Sunday afernoon that will go into detail about Biobased Design from the past. What used to be innovative materials, and what was regarded as ground breaking? Which materials do we still see today, and which ones are too laborious? Wood, for example; you can make anything with it, but back in the days working it wasn’t all that easy.
A little step back in the history of the so very new term Biobased Design and its applications.
